At Arnifi, we're looking for a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to drive people strategy and support our fast-growing operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities

Partner with operations leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and exit management.

Own the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

Manage payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and ensure timely salary disbursement.

Drive the employee performance appraisal process, goal setting, performance reviews, feedback cycles, and development planning.

Drive performance management and employee development initiatives.





Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.

Implement and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and best practices.

Support organizational growth, culture-building initiatives, employee engagement activities, and change management.

Maintain HR metrics and generate reports to support business decisions.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Requirements

5–6 years of HR experience, preferably in operations-driven or high-growth organizations.

Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, payroll management, and employee performance appraisal.

Solid stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Hands-on experience in handling employee relations and performance management.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling organization.

Experience with HRMS and payroll software is an added advantage.
