Role Description The Human Resources Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role supports daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, and helping with onboarding and orientation for new team members.

The Human Resources

Assistant will update and manage HRIS data, support benefits administration, and respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities also include coordinating training sessions, maintaining HR documentation, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.



The position works closely with HR leadership and other departments to support a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills to support core people operations and HR policies.
- Candidates should possess experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for accurate data entry, record maintenance, and basic HR reporting.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Advantages Administration to assist with employee enrollments, updates, and communication of benefit programs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training coordination to help organize orientation sessions, workshops, and learning activities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members at all levels.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations); experience with HR tools is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; relevant HR internship or work experience is beneficial.
