Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for STP Operators, Supervisors, Technicians, Electricians, Helpers, and Site Staff.

- Source candidates through job portals, references, local networks, and field hiring drives.

- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordinate final selection.

Manpower Supply & Deployment

- Arrange and deploy manpower as per project and client requirements.

- Maintain site-wise manpower availability and backup arrangements.

- Ensure timely replacement of absent or resigned staff.

- Coordinate with site supervisors for shift planning and workforce allocation.

HR Operations

- Maintain employee records, attendance, joining formalities, ID cards, and documentation.

- Prepare and update site deployment reports, leave records, and manpower status reports.

- Support payroll coordination, overtime records, and statutory compliance documentation.

Client & Site Coordination

- Communicate with clients regarding manpower requirements and deployment status.

- Visit project sites whenever required for verification and staff coordination.

- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and proper reporting from deployed employees.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of recruitment and manpower management.





- Experience in field workforce deployment is preferred.

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites simultaneously.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Email, and HR reporting.

Preferred Qualification

- Graduate / MBA (HR) / BBA / Any relevant qualification.

- 15 years of HR or manpower coordination experience.

- Experience in STP, ETP, Facility Management, Construction, Industrial Operations, or Technical Service Companies will be an added advantage.
