Role Summary

We are seeking an HR Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition to independently drive candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination across multiple hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, candidate sourcing, and talent mapping.

- Handle screening, candidate outreach, and interview scheduling independently.

- Execute hiring across diverse needs, including bulk hiring, fresher intake, and lateral placements.

- Maintain proactive candidate coordination, follow-ups, and pipeline management.

- Support candidate onboarding, joining formalities, and document verification.

- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, employee databases, and recruitment metrics.

- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with hiring guidelines.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Gender: Female only

- Education: BBA / MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)

- Experience: Open to both Freshers and experienced candidates

- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of the recruitment life cycle and proficiency in MS Excel

- Core Competencies: Robust verbal and written communication, proactive candidate management, and the ability to work independently
