- Keep policies aligned with evolving employment and financial-sector regulations
4. Payroll & Compensation
- Oversee accurate,
on-time payroll across salaried and incentive-based staff
- Administer the unlimited-incentive and variable-pay structures for collection teams
- Manage benefits (ESI, PF, insurance) and resolve payroll queries
5. Performance Management
- Build and run appraisal cycles, KPIs, and goal-setting frameworks
- Support managers on performance improvement, recognition, and career progression
- Track productivity metrics tied to collection targets
6. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the point of contact for grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters

- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 in a managerial role
- Experience in BFSI, collections, BPO, or high-volume field-workforce hiring strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
- Proven ability to manage bulk/volume recruitment
- Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is a plus
- Hands-on with HRMS/payroll tools and MS Office/Google Workspace
What We Offer
