Summary

HR Manager will oversee end‑to‑end HR functions—recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and employee development—for a growing B2B and retail company dealing in fresh fruits, vegetables, and imported food & beverages. In this role, you will support a team of around 250+ employees based in Chandigarh, and your work will directly contribute to building a solid, motivated workforce aligned with the company’s expansion in the fresh produce and retail space.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes across both companies.

- Manage employee onboarding and integration into the organizational culture

- Design and implement competitive compensation and remuneration structures

- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring compliance with ESI and PF regulations

- Develop and deliver effective induction and ongoing training programs

- Support employee career development through mentoring, skill enhancement, and growth planning





- Lead succession planning initiatives to ensure leadership continuity.

- Facilitate performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms

Requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in HR or recruitment within a corporate or industrial environment

- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills with a high ethical standard

- In-depth knowledge of ESI, PF, and other statutory compliance requirements

- Proven ability in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management

- Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices

- Proficiency in HR management software and advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
