We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern / HR Executive to manage recruitment and HR operations for our Data Annotation team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with candidates and internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Data Annotation candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups. Manage onboarding and maintain candidate records. Coordinate with the Data Annotation team for daily HR operations. Track candidate status and update recruitment data. Ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate from any discipline. Minimum 6 months of experience in HR recruitment or HR operations. Good proficiency in English and Punjabi. Strong communication and coordination skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Google Sheets). Ability to manage multiple candidates and work in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
