Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and on boarding for technical, engineering, and administrative roles
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with manufacturing and industrial best practices
- Ensure statutory compliance with the Factories Act, labour laws, PF/ESI, and other applicable regulations
- Drive performance management, appraisals, and goal-setting cycles across departments
- Coordinate training and skill-development programs for shop-floor, engineering, and field staff
- Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and HR documentation
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
- Support workforce planning for multi-location projects and on-site deployments across India
- Champion workplace safety and welfare initiatives in coordination with the production team
- Partner with department heads on manpower budgeting and organisational structuring
- Maintain HR MIS,

Preferred candidate profile We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations across its manufacturing plant and corporate functions, including recruitment, compliance, and workforce planning for different projects.

7-12 years in Human Resource Management, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment

MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or a related field

- Sound knowledge of labour laws, factory compliance, and statutory HR requirements
- Robust interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency in SAP, HRMS/payroll software and MS Office
- Experience managing a multi-location or field-based workforce is an advantage
