Job Summary The HR Trainee supports the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational activities while gaining practical experience in hotel HR functions. This role provides exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training coordination, HR documentation, payroll support, and compliance with company policies. The trainee is expected to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate professionalism, and contribute to delivering an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.

- Support the onboarding and orientation process for recent employees.

- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.

- Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters.





- Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.

- Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and staff events.

- Assist with attendance monitoring, leave records, and payroll-related documentation.

- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, labor laws, and HR procedures.

- Respond to employee queries and direct them to the appropriate HR team member.

- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation.

- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.

- Participate in HR projects and other duties assigned by the HR Manager.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
