About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our team and gain practical experience in Human Resources. This internship is suitable for freshers and students who want to build their career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates
- Maintain and update candidate records
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities
- Support daily HR activities and employee engagement
- Prepare basic HR reports and documentation

Requirements

- Students or freshers interested in HR
- Good communication and interpersonal skills




- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Ability to work effectively in a team
