Job Title: HR Intern Screening & Documentation Support

Internship Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in core HR functions, particularly in candidate screening and documentation processes. It is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical exposure in the HR domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.




- Support in collecting, verifying, and organizing candidate documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive HR data.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced workplace.
