We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will get hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, HR operations, and other HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing.

- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain candidate and employee records.

- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.

- Support employee engagement activities.

- Handle basic HR-related queries and follow-ups.

- Prepare HR reports and maintain databases.

- Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Skills Required:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.





- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.

- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility:

- Freshers and students pursuing BBA, MBA, BA, B.Com, or related courses can apply.

- Candidates interested in building a career in HR and recruitment are preferred.
