Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business verticals.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, agencies, and social platforms.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Handle candidate follow-ups, offer rollouts, and joining coordination.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, background verification, and HR records.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, probation confirmations, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, HR dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Support HR policy implementation, employee engagement, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with HR documentation and statutory requirements.
