Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.

Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.

1. Background Verification (BGV)

Conduct employee background verification including education, employment, address, and reference checks. Coordinate with third-party agencies for verification processes.

Ensure timely completion and documentation of BGV reports.

1. Labour Law & Statutory Compliance

Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations. Maintain records and registers as required under various labour legislations.
1. POSH Compliance

Ensure compliance with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act.
1. Apprenticeship Management





Administer apprenticeship programs in accordance with the Apprentices Act. Coordinate registration, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Liaise with relevant government authorities and training institutions.

1. Gratuity Administration

Manage gratuity-related records and employee eligibility. Process gratuity claims and settlements in compliance with the Payment of Gratuity Act.

Maintain necessary documentation and statutory records.

1. HR Operations & Employee Relations

Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Support employee engagement and grievance handling.

Assist in performance management and policy implementation.

Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
