Role Description The Human Resource Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, personnel records, and HR documentation for all team members. This full-time, on-site role is based in Saraswati Vihar and includes handling employee relations, supporting performance management processes, and coordinating training and development activities.

Executive will help implement and maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and support workforce planning and recruitment efforts. The role also involves partnering with leadership to foster a positive,



fair, and engaging work culture within the production and office teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills for managing employee life cycle and HR initiatives.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations and HR Policies skills for overseeing processes, documentation, and policy implementation.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills to address concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote an inclusive workplace.
- Candidates should possess solid communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Relevant experience in an HR role, preferably in manufacturing, food, or consumer goods, is beneficial.
- A degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR software and basic labor law/regulatory compliance will be advantageous.
