Role Description The Hub Assistant role at Ekart Logistics is a full-time, on-site position based in Udaipur.

The Hub

Assistant supports daily hub operations, including receiving, sorting, scanning, and dispatching packages in accordance with company procedures. The role involves coordinating with delivery personnel, updating shipment status in operational systems, and ensuring accurate documentation for inbound and outbound consignments.

Assistant helps maintain inventory records, monitors package quality and handling, and reports exceptions or delays to supervisors. This position also contributes to keeping the hub clean, organized,



and compliant with safety standards, while assisting in basic administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

- Operational and logistics skills, including basic knowledge of warehouse or hub processes, parcel handling, and inventory tracking.
- Data entry and documentation skills, with the ability to use handheld scanners and computer systems for updating shipment information.
- Communication and teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with supervisors, delivery partners, and other hub staff.
- Basic numeracy and attention to detail for accurate counting, labeling, and verification of packages.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move packages safely, following prescribed guidelines.
- Robust sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability in adhering to schedules and operational standards.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or delivery operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school education (or local equivalent); familiarity with local language and basic English is beneficial.
