Function The HSEQ Executive is responsible to coordinate and maintain documents, schedules, and generate reports required by the HSEQ Department.

The HSEQ Executive Is Accountable For

- Entering SIRE inspection details in Q88
- Maintaining MOC register
- Creating incident reports in the internal system
- Maintaining up to date inventory of office publications
- Updating reports related to audits in the system
- Updating reports related to incidents in the system
- Collating data for management review

KPIs
- Timely entries of SIRE, Incident, MOC data.
- Timely pulling of reports required by the HSEQ Department
- Timely completion of Audits as per audit planner

Tasks Tasks Shall Include But Not Be Limited To

- Assist in maintaining vetting schedule for all the fleet vessels
- Liaise with fleet cells, vetting company, agents, and vessel to arrange smooth inspection
- Assist in uploading the vetting replies in the SIRE database
- Maintain the schedule to track the follow up comments to post in the SIRE portal
- Consolidate records of all vetting observations to share internally
- Maintain MOC register up to date




- Maintain up to date inventory of office publications
- Liaise with suppliers for the initial subscription of recent build / takeover vessels
- Updating internal audit reports
- Updating external audit reports
- Classifying and categorizing corrective actions derived from External Audits
- Collecting data for VDR audits and update reports in NS Enterprise
- Maintain records of audits
- Collating data for management reviews
- Monitor QA related data and confirm they are updated
- Review NCs from external audits, PSC reports, technical/ safety inspection reports
- Coordinating with vessel, auditors, and fleet cell for travel arrangements
- Design and develop training materials
- Support in preparing bulletins, reports etc.,
- Support in review of work-related documents like HSE Meeting, JSAs, Permit to Work, Daily Work Plan meeting Unsafe conditions etc.,
- Any tasks assigned by the line manager to enable achieve targets set
