Design and implement comprehensive HSSE strategies, safety procedures, and emergency response plans
Conduct hazard identification, job safety analyses, and implement preventive control measures
Perform routine site audits to monitor compliance with local and international standards
Lead root-cause analyses for any workplace incidents, tracking corrective actions through to closure.
Oversee safety orientations, drills, and behavioral safety campaigns to mentor staff and contractors.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report performance metrics to senior leadership and clients
