1. Work Permit System: Monitoring the work permit system to ensure safe work practices and inspecting the work location.
2. Incident Management: Handling and investigating HSE-related incidents to identify causes and prevent recurrence and find the RCA and report to the management.
3. Training and Toolbox Talks (TBT): Providing daily and weekly fire safety trainings
4. Vendor Management: Coordinating with vendors for the maintenance and supply of fire safety equipment. Follow up with vendors to get the materials and submit the invoice and ensuring payment is released on time to the vendors.
5. Audits: Conducting regular audits/ Inspections to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards.
6. Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA): Performing HIRA to identify potential fire hazards and implement corrective measures.
7. Chemical Management: Ensuring safe storage and handling of chemicals to prevent fire hazards and inspection to be conducted.
8. Report and Tracker Maintenance: Sending daily, weekly, and monthly reports and maintaining trackers for fire safety activities.

Signage Management: Ensuring that all fire safety signage is correctly placed and maintained and monthly inspection is conducted every month.

Supporting HSEQ Manager: Assisting the HSEQ manager in implementing current safety initiatives.
2. Overseeing Fire Technicians:

- Supervising the operations of fire technicians to ensure all fire safety systems are properly maintained.
- PPM activity to be monitored.
- Every month 5th cross verification of all the PPM work to be conducted

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Compliance with Regulations: Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal fire safety regulations.
2. Emergency Planning: Developing and implementing emergency evacuation plans and procedures.
3. Fire Safety Education: Educating staff on fire prevention and evacuation procedures.
4. Fire Risk Assessments: Conducting regular fire risk assessments in client premises to identify potential hazards and propose corrective actions.
5. Installation and Maintenance of Equipment: Ensuring proper installation and maintenance of fire safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and sprinkler systems.
6. Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of the latest fire safety regulations and research to ensure best practices are followed.
