Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience to build their career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.

Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.

Communicate with candidates and maintain regular follow-ups.

Support joining, onboarding, and employee documentation.

Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Handle basic employee queries and coordinate with internal teams.





Support day-to-day HR operations as assigned.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.

Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of HR experience can apply.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Robust interpersonal and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.

Basic knowledge of MS Office / MS Excel.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
