About the Role

HackerKernel is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates looking to build a career in Human Resources. The selected candidate will undergo a structured training program and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in HR documentation and record management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

Eligibility
- MBA (HR) / BBA / Any Graduate interested in HR.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and internet research.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
