Job Title: HR Team Lead Non-IT Recruitment

Location: Ashok Nagar, Chennai (Near Kasi Theatre)

Experience: Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in HR - Non IT Recruitment, with at least 1 year of experience handling a recruitment team in a recruitment.

We are looking for an experienced HR Team Lead to join our recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Non-IT recruitment (Preferably BPO and Banking hiring), along with team handling, client management, and bulk hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the recruitment team.
- Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment.
- Coordinate with clients and understand hiring requirements.
- Drive bulk hiring and ensure timely closures.
- Monitor team performance and achieve recruitment targets.
- Support and mentor team members to improve productivity.

Eligibility:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Team Lead.
- Mandatory experience working in a recruitment consultancy.
- Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment (Preferably BPO and Banking hiring).
- Experience in client handling and bulk hiring.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
