Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience to build their career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
- Communicate with candidates and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Support joining, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Handle basic employee queries and coordinate with internal teams.




- Support day-to-day HR operations as assigned.

Eligibility

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of HR experience can apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Required Skills

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / MS Excel.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
