Job Title: HR Trainee
Location: Coimbatore
Responsibilities:
- Maintain attendance, leave & shift records
- Support recruitment (posting, screening, interviews)
- Handle joining formalities & employee records
- Assist in training (hygiene, safety, SOP)
- Help with payroll inputs & HR reports
- Resolve basic employee queries
Requirements:
- MBA (HR) or MSW
- Freshers (with Internship Experience) can apply
- Basic knowledge of Excel & MS Word
- Willing to work in factory environment
