We are a leading multinational natural gas company committed to providing Natural Gas and Hydrogen worldwide. We are expanding our operations and seeking a highly motivated and analytical HR Support GBS Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the HR Support Team lead, they will be responsible for executing core HR support tasks and maintaining data integrity across systems while balancing autonomy with general direction.

Scope:

Americas (Airgas)

Accountabilities & related Activities

Execute administrative follow-ups for new hire documentation and employee record updates.

Maintain organized digital records and ensure data accuracy within Workday and Service now.

Provide initial point-of-contact support via chat, email, and phone with a high degree of professionalism.

Execute effectively to ensure integrated approach to HR services including but not limited to the facilitation of pre-hire qualification process, onboarding, transfers, terminations, random screening, and credentialing process.

Assist the HR Service Desk as next level support for escalations.

Additional duties outside of Workday and ServiceNow, to be identified.





Process Optimization & CIs: Collaborate with Continuous improvement projects to make processes under scope more productive.

Bachelor degree in Human Resources management or equivalent Business school degree preferable.

Training or certification:

Workday Desirable
