Key Responsibilities




- Talent Sourcing: Assist the TA team in sourcing candidates using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screening & Pipeline: Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate shortlisting for various job openings.
- Interview Coordination: Manage interview scheduling, line-up logistics, and candidate communication.
- Market Mapping: Research target companies and talent pools for specialized roles.
- Database Management: Keep candidate records updated in our recruitment tracking system.

Who Can Apply?
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant Bachelors degree (BBA, B.Com, BA).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic search tools.
- Mindset: High energy, eager to learn, and passionate about building a career in Corporate HR / Talent Acquisition.
- Availability: Available for a full-time, 3-month uninterrupted internship.
