Job Summary The HR & Retail Training Executive will be responsible for supporting HR operations and executing retail training programs across stores. The role focuses on improving frontline team capability, driving performance, and ensuring a consistent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

- Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Manage onboarding and employee documentation
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy

Retail Training & Development

- Conduct training sessions for store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling
- Collaborate with Store Managers and Zonal Teams to identify training needs
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness




- Support performance improvement initiatives
- Ensure consistency in training delivery across stores

Key Responsibilities (Ownership Areas)

- Improve store staff performance through effective training
- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes
- Maintain standardization of training across locations
- Contribute to building a performance-driven retail culture

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (HR or related field preferred)
- Experience: 1–3 years in HR, L&D;, or Retail Training
- Industry Preference: Fashion / Textile / Retail

Working Conditions

- Travel required across assigned city stores
- Weekly off: Sunday
