Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruitment Intern to join our team in Coimbatore. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers and aspiring HR professionals to gain hands-on experience in IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with job postings and recruitment activities
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment operations

Skills Required

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interest in HR and Recruitment




- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
