CTC

Up to ₹5 LPA

Eligibility & Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
- BFSI / NBFC recruitment experience preferred
- Willingness to undertake field work, including:
- Branch visits
- Walk-in drives
- Job fairs
- Candidate sourcing activities
- Self-driven, proactive and target-oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate with candidates and business teams
