Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, coordinating the selection process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting the organization's hiring objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and job specifications.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus recruitment, and qualified networks.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.

- Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate recruitment documentation.





- Negotiate salary packages and prepare offer letters.

- Conduct background verification and reference checks.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

- Stay updated on recruitment trends, labor market conditions, and employment laws.

- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
