Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, screening profiles, conducting initial communication, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and supporting the complete recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and prepare suitable candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Communicate job details, interview schedules, and recruitment process clearly to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Track candidate status, interview outcomes, selections, and joining updates.




- Assist in offer communication and joining formalities.
- Maintain a skilled relationship with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and support the HR team in meeting hiring requirements.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Good sourcing and candidate screening abilities.
- Comfortable making recruitment calls and following up with candidates.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹9,447.26 - ₹23,824.51 per month
