About the Role

Shri Ji Irrigation is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition who can take ownership of the complete recruitment cycle.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to source, screen, interview, follow up and successfully onboard suitable candidates for different positions within the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct daily candidate calling and initial screening.
- Understand manpower requirements and maintain an active recruitment pipeline.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Follow up with candidates before and after interviews.
- Coordinate selection, offer and joining processes.
- Maintain backup candidates for urgent vacancies.
- Follow up with selected candidates until actual joining.
- Maintain accurate Candidate Tracker and Recruitment MIS.
- Track daily and weekly recruitment performance.
- Support employee onboarding and basic HR coordination when required.
- Ensure vacancies are closed within defined timelines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will primarily be measured on:
- Qualified candidates sourced




- Recruitment calls completed
- Interviews scheduled
- Interview attendance
- Quality of shortlisted candidates
- Offer-to-joining conversion
- Actual employee joining
- Vacancy closure time
- Candidate follow-up
- Recruitment MIS & reporting discipline

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate / MBA HR preferred
- Previous experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition preferred
- Strong communication and candidate-handling skills
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals
- Comfortable with recruitment calling and follow-ups
- Good Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Solid ownership and follow-up skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
