Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for academic, administrative, and technical positions, including sourcing profiles, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Responsibilities include drafting job descriptions, posting roles on relevant platforms, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. The role also involves supporting onboarding processes, coordinating documentation,



and collaborating with leadership to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities. The HR Recruiter will contribute to employer branding initiatives and help build strong talent pipelines aligned with the academy’s creative and technical focus.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with experience handling multiple roles and hiring levels.
- Ability to draft clear job descriptions, manage job postings, and maintain organized recruitment records and databases.
- Knowledge of HR processes such as onboarding, documentation, and basic compliance with employment policies and local labor regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with faculty, creative professionals, and administrative teams.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Digital literacy, including use of applicant tracking systems, job portals, skilled networking platforms, and standard office software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Recruiter or in talent acquisition, preferably in education, media, entertainment, or a creative industry-focused organization.
