Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, social media, referrals, and other job portals.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.

Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates until onboarding.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sourcing and screening abilities.

Valuable negotiation and convincing skills.





Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Eligibility

Any Graduate (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply).

Prior recruitment experience is an added advantage.

Immediate joiners preferred.
