Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

- Handle the hiring of senior-level positions (executives, directors, managers).

- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements, skills, and cultural fit for senior roles.

- Use a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, headhunting, and employee referrals, to find top talent.

- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for senior-level and specialized roles across different domains.

Requirements:

- Robust experience in recruiting senior-level positions across multiple domains.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

- Strong understanding of market trends, salary structures, and recruitment best practices.





- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple roles simultaneously.

- High attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Negotiation and closing skills to secure top candidates.

- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs.

- Provide guidance and insights to hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarking, and candidate availability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
