The HR Recruiter is responsible for supporting and managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.

- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.

- Manage employee exit processes, including exit interviews and clearance procedure.

- Maintain employee records and HR databases.

- Handle employee documentation and personnel files.

- Coordinate attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.

- Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance.

- Manage employee benefits, insurance,



and reimbursement programs.

- Address employee queries and grievances.

- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.

- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
