- Job requirements ke according candidate screening & shortlisting karna.

- Candidates ko call karke job profile, salary, location, shift & interview details explain karna.

- Interview scheduling aur candidate follow-up manage karna.

- Candidate database / recruitment tracker maintain karna.

- Selected candidates ke saath regular follow-up karke joining ensure karna.

- Daily/weekly recruitment reports prepare karna.

- Clients ke requirements ke according suitable candidates identify karna.

- Recruitment targets achieve karna aur hiring process ko efficiently manage karna.

- Graduate ( In Any Discipline )

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
