Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring timely closure of vacancies across different departments and locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/management interviews.
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Coordinate offer preparation and salary negotiations.
- Complete pre-joining and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure recruitment targets and hiring timelines are achieved.
- Coordinate with Branch Managers, Department Heads, and Management regarding recruitment requirements.
- Prepare and share regular recruitment status reports.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
- Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.




- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent is English , Tamil & Hindi
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong coordination and time-management skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Preferred Experience Experience in recruiting for EdTech, IT, Sales, Digital Marketing, Technical Trainers, and corporate/support functions will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
- 2–3 years of relevant recruitment experience preferred.

Ideal Candidate A result-oriented HR Recruiter who can independently manage multiple vacancies, source quality candidates, coordinate interviews efficiently, and consistently achieve hiring targets within the required timelines. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
