HR Recruiter / HR Executive

Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹23,000 per month (Based on skills, experience, and interview performance)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and people-oriented HR Recruiter / HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and supporting day-to-day HR activities.

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, HR, staffing, or talent acquisition are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and explain job roles, salary, location, and requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, selections, and joining dates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements.
- Assist in preparing and posting job vacancies on recruitment platforms.
- Handle candidate queries professionally and provide timely updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets within deadlines.
- Assist with basic HR and onboarding activities when required.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Telugu is an advantage.
- Basic to intermediate computer knowledge.




- Good convincing and candidate-handling skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to screen and evaluate candidates effectively.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email.
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, B.A, BBA, BCA, or equivalent).
- Diploma holders with relevant HR/recruitment knowledge may also apply.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in HR recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, BPO recruitment, or related roles may apply.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage.
- Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, or other recruitment platforms is preferred.
- Basic understanding of the recruitment and interview process.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in candidate sourcing and follow-up is an advantage.
