We are Hiring for below Role

Role: Senior HR Recruiter

Experience: 1+yrs

Domain: IT & Non IT

Location: Chetty Street, White Town.

Work time: 10AM-7PM

Key Responsibilities

- Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, skilled networks, social media, and referrals to find suitable candidates for roles like sales, marketing, finance, and customer service.
- Applicant Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for non-technical positions.
- Interview Management: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and gather feedback from interview teams.
- Record Keeping:



Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and recruitment progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- 1+yrs experience in recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the IT and non-IT job market and relevant candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
