Responsibility

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT positions,Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, and social media platforms to source and engage candidates,Perform referencing, networking,



and headhunting to identify strong active and passive candidates,Screen and evaluate candidates through telephonic interviews to assess role fit and communication skills,Shortlist, schedule, and coordinate technical and final-round interviews,Maintain proactive follow-ups with candidates throughout the selection and onboarding process,Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through continuous sourcing efforts,Explore and recommend new sourcing strategies to improve recruitment effectiveness Qualification Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
