Main Duties

- Find people: Post job ads on web sites, social media, and job boards.

- Look at resumes: Check applications to see who fits the job.

- Talk on phone: Call top choices for quick chats to check skills and interest.

- Set interviews: Plan meetings between managers and job seekers.

- Help new hires: Make job offers and guide new staff through first-day paperwork.

Skills Needed

- Good talker: Explicit speech and friendly style.

- Good planner: Able to track many applications at once.

- People skills: Easy to talk to and polite.

- Computer use: Know how to use job portals and basic office tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
