HR Recruiter

Location: Ludhiana / Sahnewal, Punjab

Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year)

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with concerned departments.
- Maintain candidate and recruitment records.
- Follow up with selected candidates for joining.
- Assist in onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports and trackers.
- Support other HR activities as required.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good candidate coordination and follow-up skills.




- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

Education MBA/PGDM – HR or BBA Graduation with HR interest.
