We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team.
Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates from job portals and social media. Conduct phone interviews and schedule interviews. Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports. Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding.
Requirements: Good communication skills in Tamil. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
