Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with 3–4 years of recruitment experience in the BPO sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures for business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and customer support positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Assess candidates based on communication skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates to minimize dropouts.
- Maintain accurate MIS and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
- 3–4 years of experience in BPO recruitment is mandatory.
- Experience in hiring for Voice / Non-Voice / Customer Support processes is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of sourcing through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate handling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Profile Candidates who have previously worked as a BPO Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Executive, Senior Recruiter, or Recruitment Executive and have hands-on experience in bulk hiring are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
