- 1+ experience in recruitment, training & development and employer branding.
- Robust communication & Analytical skills.
- Manage employee data and maintain accurate HR records.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Administer employee attendance, leave management, and time-off requests.
- Support HR compliance efforts, including ensuring adherence to laws and company policies.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, and other HR initiatives.
- Ensure timely updates of employee records in the admin page.
- Be creative in making employee engagement plans and plan accordingly.
