Job Summary

Vanmoh Chit Funds Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and oversee HR operations for our corporate office and branch network. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management and HR team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and branch-level positions.
- Plan manpower requirements in coordination with Branch Managers and department heads.
- Lead and monitor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and TAT.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, induction, confirmation and exit formalities.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
- Coordinate monthly payroll, attendance, leave, incentives, deductions and Full & Final Settlement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESI and other applicable regulations.
- Manage performance appraisal, KRA/KPI and employee confirmation processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain employee records, HR MIS, attendance and manpower reports.
- Monitor employee attrition,



retention and branch-wise manpower requirements.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Prepare regular HR reports and provide workforce-related insights to management.
- Ensure effective communication between management, HR and branch employees.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.

Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in HR, preferably in Chit Funds, NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Sales or other multi-branch organizations.
- Candidates with experience in handling recruitment teams and branch-level HR operations will be preferred.
