Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes in our real estate organization. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, HR compliance, performance management, and implementation of HR policies to support the companys business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.

- Manage attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.

- Conduct performance appraisals and employee development programs.

- Plan and execute training and development initiatives for employees.

- Maintain HR MIS reports and employee documentation.





- Support management in organizational development and workforce planning.

- Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently.

- Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Qualification

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.

- Additional certifications in HR or Labor Law will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Real Estate / Construction Industry will be preferred.

- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
