- Partner with department heads to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
- Design structured interview processes and candidate evaluation frameworks.
- Improve employer branding and candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
HR Strategy & People Operations
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and workplace guidelines.
- Establish scalable HR processes that support organizational growth.
- Manage onboarding and induction programs to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Develop probation, confirmation, promotion, and performance review frameworks.
- Create employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
Performance Management
* Design and implement goal-setting, appraisal, and feedback processes.
- Work with managers to identify high performers and address performance gaps.
- Support leadership in succession planning and talent development.
Compliance & HR Administration
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.

- Manage employment contracts, policy documentation, disciplinary procedures, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate HR operations.
Organizational Development
- Identify training and development needs across teams.
- Develop learning initiatives to enhance employee capability and leadership skills.
- Support organizational restructuring and change management initiatives when required.
HR Analytics
- Track and report key HR metrics including hiring turnaround time, retention, employee engagement, attrition, and recruitment effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to improve HR processes and workforce planning.
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
- 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in the healthcare, hospital, diagnostics, pharmaceutical, medical tourism, or health-tech industry.
- Proven experience hiring across both clinical and corporate functions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition best practices.
- Experience developing HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and organizational processes.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and build HR systems from the ground up.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a quick-growing startup or scaling organization.
- Exposure to international recruitment or multicultural teams.
- Experience implementing HRMS platforms and digital HR processes.
- Familiarity with accreditation standards such as NABH, JCI, or similar healthcare quality frameworks is an advantage.
Personal Attributes
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organized and execution-oriented.
- A strong recruiter with excellent judgment.
- Confident in interacting with doctors, clinicians, leadership teams, and corporate professionals.
- Commercially aware and understands business priorities.
- Empathetic yet able to make objective decisions.
- A problem solver who brings solutions instead of waiting for direction.
- Detail-oriented while maintaining a strategic perspective.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Success in This Role
Within your first six months, you should be able to:
- Build a strong hiring pipeline across all business functions.
