- Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end hiring, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Employee Relations: Mediate conflicts, address grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance review cycles, feedback systems, and employee growth plans.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage salary structures, payroll coordination, and employee benefits programs.
- Compliance: Ensure all company policies align with local, state, and national labor laws.
- Training & Development: Coordinate staff training and leadership development workshops.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar human resources role.
- Hard Skills: Robust knowledge of labor laws, HR software/HRIS, and data analytics.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict-resolution abilities

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
